What is Generation 4Ward?

Generation 4Ward is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based out of northern Virginia. Started by husband and wife, Glen and Nicole Mourning, the two educators realized that there was no such thing as a small impact. The Mournings began their journeys as community outreach members by serving in their own local communities as kids. Having grown up in different states, their shared passion and enthusiasm for serving the community is what helped bring the couple together.

For the past several years, they have worked as educators in the DMV area where their passion for giving back and encouraging youth as well as supporting families in need became a priority. Generation 4Ward is their new charge as they plan on establishing a solid foundation in northern Virginia where they hope to bring positive change to children and families in need of educational support, financial literacy and job skills training.
